1. Applicability terms & conditions 

Ever order accounts as an explicit acceptence of the terms & conditions by the Buyer. These general terms and conditions form an integral part of the agreement as described below.

2. Prices and offers.

The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. Payment can be made in one of the ways indicated during the ordering procedure. The date of crediting on Green Wolf’s bank account shall be considered the date of payment. If you are in default with any payment, Green Wolf is entitled to suspend or dissolve (the execution of) the concerning agreement and the related agreements.

All offers from Green Wolf are without obligation and Green Wolf expressly reserves the right to change prices. If the prices for the offered products & services increase during the period between ordering & excecution, you have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) days after the notification of the pice increase by Green Wolf.

3. Acceptance of the order.

Green Wolf has the right to cancel or refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise.

All product information, pricing and order information remains at all times subject to possible changes and corrections.

4. Delivery

The delivery times given by Green Wolf are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery period shall not entitle you to compensation, nor shall it entitle you to cancel your order or dissolve the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is so excessive that you can no longer reasonably be required to maintain the agreement. In that case you are entitled to cancel the order or dissolve the agreement to the extent necessary.

The responsibility for incorrectly transmitted delivery addresses lies entirely with the Buyer and may cause additional costs.

In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any sums paid by the Buyer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.

5. Complaints

To be admissible, complaints should be addressed in writing to Green Wolf at [email protected].

-In case of complaint due to non-conforming delivery, within fourteen (14) days after ordering.

– In case of hidden defects, fourteen (14) days after discovery of the defect. In this written communication, you must describe and prove the damage by means of a photo.

6. Deposit

Green Wolf’s guarantee is limited to the guarantee for hidden defects and the guarantee for consumer purchases, both provided for in the Civil Code.

Green Wolf shall only be liable for damage resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct and is always limited to an amount equal to the ordered goods & services. Green Wolf is not liable for general or special indirect damage, of whatever nature, possibly suffered by the Buyer. Damage caused by transport must be settled with the transport company concerned.

7. Right of renunciation

In the context of distance sales to consumers falling within the scope of the Law of 14 July 1991, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within seven (7) working days of the day following the delivery. If the consumer invokes this option, he must return the goods in their original condition and packaging to Green Wolf, Nolsebaan 176, 2910 Essen, Belgium, including the order number, at his own risk and expense. 

8. Force majeure

Green Wolf shall not be held liable for any delay in execution or non-performance of its commitments due to events beyond Green Wolf’s control. Included are: difficulties in supply or shortage of raw materials, interruption or permanent suspension of production, strikes, lock-outs, any other form of work disruption or collective labour disputes, energy or transport or delays in transport, which affect Green Wolf and/or Green Wolf suppliers, even if these events are foreseeable. Failure to take immediate action against a shortcoming on the part of the Buyer may under no circumstances be regarded as a waiver on the part of Green Wolf to invoke this shortcoming at a later date.

9. Personal data

Placing an order on the Green Wolf site means that the Buyer officially agrees to the processing of his personal data for administrative purposes, including: management of the customer database, orders, invoices and deliveries and the follow-up of financial solvency. The processing of personal data for promotions, personalised advertising and/or other marketing related purposes will only take place if the Buyer gives his explicit consent during the order process.

Green Wolf will not transfer the personal data to third parties. The Buyer shall at all times retain the right to inspect and correct his personal data.

The Buyer also has the right to object, free of charge, to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes. For more information, the Buyer may contact the Commission for the Protection of Privacy in Brussels.

10. Proof

Within the framework of their relations, the Parties concerned shall accept electronic evidence.

11. Various

If an article in these general terms and conditions is declared null and void, this nullity shall in no way apply to the other articles.

Green Wolf is entitled to change the contents of these General Terms and Conditions. Changes will be announced via the website.

12. Applicable law

All agreements concluded with Green Wolf are governed by Belgian law. All disputes between parties will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
