* items must be in their original condition (not worn, used or washed).
* send the item(s) back in the original packaging.
* always ask for a tracking number at your post office.

As soon as we receive the return, you will receive a store credit for a future purchase or a cash-back. This depends on the return.

Some items are non-refundable, such as mystery boxes and personalized/custom made items.
