How to attach the patches? The patches need to be sewn on.
You can do this with a sewing machine or by hand. Best to use a zig-zag stitch.
If you don’t know how, I made a video tutorial how to sew by hand, for anyone who hasn’t sewn anything before!

Washing instructions for patches:
If possible wash your garnment/bag/etc inside out.
Do not wash your patch, when you haven’t sewn it onto anything yet.
If you want to iron the patches, iron from the back (not directly onto the image of the patches). Use the polyester setting on your iron.
